These are ducks...Everybody has ducks here in Maputo they eat them! I would like to try some duck while I am here!!
This is called a pillão it is used to crush herbs and stuff in large quantities!
This is a Soda that is not available in America Fanta Ananas!!! Pineapple fanta...SO GOOD!!!!
Duck is dark meat, even darker than the dark meat on chicken or turkey. To me it also tastes stronger, but I'm sure one gets used to it. (anyway that's how wild duck is) We are still in the middle of remodeling our kitchen. Ready for it to be done now. Love, Grandma Awbrey
ReplyDeleteWe had duck in New York with Aunt Lyta & Uncle Abe. Peking duck, remember? We made little duck tortillas. It was marvelous but the whole day was pretty amazing!
